Wax Candy Returns & Refund Policy

We want every order to arrive in perfect condition, but here’s how we handle returns and damages for our wax candies:

once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Damaged Goods

team@thetreatplug.uk with your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue.

full refund or replacement, multiple wax candies in the pouch must be destroyed beyond use. This excludes giant single wax items, where only the individual item would need to be unusable.

minor (e.g. light residue from a wax candy inside the pouch), this does not impact the use of the product. As wax candies are non-melting, any residue can be easily wiped off with water and dried.
